Our Glasgow Comedy Festival shows have been spectacularly good over the last few years and this show is going to be bigger and better than anything we’ve ever put on before.  If you like the idea of 3 Hilarious Comedians, 2 Stunning International Burlesque Acts and 1 Award Winning Magician then there really is no better place to be on march 10th  & 11th

It’s come that time of year again when you’ve to plan a night out with work colleges and are looking for something different that you haven’t done before.  Or…your employers have organised a really boring party and you’re looking for an excuse of how to get out of it.  Either way, Enterteasement is the show for you.  We combine all the benefits of your Standard Comedy Club with that little bit of wow factor in the way of Magic & Burlesque.  For anyone thinking “I don’t know if the women in the work will find that sexist…” well you don’t know what burlesque is.  Burlesque is tease not sleaze and around 60 -80% of burlesque audiences are female so it’s not just something for the lads.

For Office Christmas Parties, please get in contact before booking and we’ll advise what your best seating arrangements are.  We may put out long tables and offer a meal and a show

Table hold 8 (it is possible to get 10 people at these tables but it might be a bit crammed if you’re eating or have any larger people in your groups.)  We will try and create a package to best suit your needs but it’s best to be in contact beforehand so we can figure out what the best plan is.  Also, The Admiral will have some mid-week dates available so if you have a large office (80) and you want the venue exclusively then we should be able to sort that out for you.

Secret

One of the secrets to Enterteasement’s success is the quality of our performers.  Lots of events promise ‘the best entertainers’ but I know for a fact that lots of them dont’ know who half of their acts are.   Here at Enterteasement every performer is vetted and I can honestly say that November is going to be an absolute cracker of a show.  One of the most underrated comedians we’ve ever met will be performing for us for only the second time (he’s a very busy man).  We’ve had the pleasure of working with this man on several occaisons recently and he’s been blowing the roof off the place.  Why he hasn’t been on TV more often is a mystery to me.

The Venue

Nominated for Best Comedy Venue In Scotland at The Scottish Comedy Awards in 2014 – 2016.
The Admiral Bar is situated less than 5 minutes walk from Central Station (72 Waterloo Street, G27DA) .  Our lovely private room holds 120 people so you’re a maximum of 7 rows from the stage.  This creates a lovely warm atmosphere that’s perfect for comedy.  Billy Connolly even did a gig in there!

Enterteasement’s Comedy Magic Burlesque shows have a 4.7 star average customer rating, 60% of our audience are regular returning customers and we regularly sell out (we must be doing something right). In a recent survey of our audience one of the many reasons they like coming to Enterteasement was because they liked a night where you could dress up, not like fancy dress but they like the fact that if you’re wearing something other than jeans and a T-shirt you don’t look out of place.

When we have a line-up that’s simply too good for one night we put on an extra date as we know it will sell out and we don’t want people to miss out on an extra special line-up.
